Training with Bos is something I’d recommend to anyone, I was a bit hesitant to start the gym at first but with words of encouragement from him I signed up and never looked back. He talked me through step by step the best way to do each exercise so I understood easily. When working out with him, he motivates you to get them last few reps in that really make the difference. I have been a client for Bos for around 2 months now. I chose to attend his boxing fitness classes as I have a health condition of PCOS.
